Flat Pack Furniture: Why are the assembly instructions so vague and the diamgrams so poor?

Inserting bolt O in to left side panel A and tighten with nut E with tool N to side G and push dowel rod AC through BD as shown vaguely in poorly drawn diagram B3.

No wonder Homer had such a hard time with building his barbecue!
typo: diagrams not diamgrams

you forgot to mention that there is always a screw or dowel missing!them in the instruction design centre must have a right laugh when they send them out!
