BBQ Grillware: Making Your Barbecue Sizzle!

Man, I love BBQ!

There’s nothing better than getting the right smokey flavour into some BBQ Ribs, or getting that perfect steak, or - if you’re a bit adventurous, like me - a great big trout on the barbeque!

And you know what - finding the right parts for your barbecue makes a huge difference.

You see, getting the right BBQ Grillware doesn’t just make your grill more efficient - it can make it more effective, increase your cooking capacity, and improve the taste of your meat!

The difficult part about finding the right BBQ parts is making sure that you find the parts that fit.

There are so many different types of barbeque parts that it can often be difficult to find parts that fit. And finding the wrong part can be dangerous as an ill-fitting gas part could cause a gas leak if it is too loose - or will be impossible to fit if it’s too big!

So the measurement of the grillware parts that you get is very important.

Tip for the Pro’s - if you are modifying your BBQ, make sure you get a committment that you can return and ill-fitting parts to the supplier. This is because although some parts might have the right measurements, they still may not fit your outdoor barbeque.

In many cases, new components and add-ons aren’t always designed in a way that they will be compatible with other barbeques.

Remember: Your grill, while being a reasonably simple piece of technology is usually fairly intricate, and sometimes very expensive. And ill-fitting parts do not just put your health and safety at risk - they also put your expensive grill at risk too!

What is this yellow powder on my barbeque grill?

Posted by: admin  /  Category: barbeque grill

I accidentally left my gas grill on for a few hours, now there's a yellow powdery substance on the grill. Is it sulfur?
The grill was covered (lid down) so I don't think it was pollen.

I misread your original question. Yes it could be sulfur

can you buy a barbecue grill at a camping site?

Posted by: admin  /  Category: barbecue grill

if you forgot to bring a barbecue grill, can you purchase one near the camping area?

It depends on where you are camping. I'll assume a campground, and in that case they may have permanent grills available to use for free. If they have a camp store, they might sell them.

I usually camp in the forest, with a huge raging firepit on the ground, I never worry about grills.

Another option is to buddy-up with your neighbors and share time on theirs.

Hey guys. What do you think of a BBQ/grill for a Valentine's day gift for a guy? Which one?

Posted by: admin  /  Category: bbq tools

So my guy has enough cologne and tools lol…..He wants a bbq so I thought it would be a great Valentines day gift. We have been together 5 months and just moved in with each other last month. How would you feel if your girlfriend gave you a bbq (btw he is 30). I am looking thus far at a gas bbq in 3 brands Brinkman, Kenmore or Webber. Here are the links to each of them: http://www.sears.com/shc/s/p_10153_12605_07116115000P?vName=&cName=&sName=

I am pretty lost on which one to get. I would like to get him a nice one but I am a single mom of 2 on a limited budget….so even a suggestion to a different grill would be ok :) Thanks for your help!

I think it is a great idea. He is sure to be happy… You can get some really nice grills with side burners and several burners for a pretty good price at places like Sears, Kmart, Walmart, etc. I think I got mine at Sears and have had it for 3 years, I keep it in the garage when not in use and it still looks and works like new. By the way, We love to BBQ… and I hope you all have a great Valentine's day.
